eBay Just Terrible Customer Service and the site is so bad
I am so very disappointed with eBay and its customer service i have tried for days to reach anyone through email to inform them off issues with a seller that is not responding to messages.
but can you simply click on a link to contact eBay no you have to read through overworded rubbish, and then you simply cannot contact them for help.
I hate writing these things

eBay help is at the top of every page to 'live chat' (during business hours)
eBay do not read here (the member to member forum)
If you post your issue here, other members will give you advice on what you need to do
You as the buyer have all the power and all the tools if a seller you have bought from is not being helpful
Most times there is reason to need to contact eBay as a buyer
If you did not get any item, you open an item not received dispute
If you got something not as described, open an item not as described dispute
With the time limits and follow through with the dispute
