I have made two other purchases from eBay as well, but this will be the last time I ever use eBay.

·1 month agoFirstly eBay is a platform and NOT a seller and there are millions of individual sellers on eBay. If one has caused you grief, your issue is with that seller and not eBay or any other seller.
Your comment is like going to Westfield , buying something from a store in Westfield and then saying it is the last time you will step foot in Westfield.
Furthermore, nobody in the community has mind reading skills to be able to determine what you are writing about and offer any help

·1 month agoYou've made more than 2 other purchases. You have feedback for 8.
Any hints as to why you need to advertise your lack of understanding about how buyer protection works?

·1 month agoContext, dear fellow/madam, context! The posters on the boards will be happy to do a bit of Sherlocking as long as we have some clues. 🕵️🔎 I - and the other posters here - can’t tell what has happened to make you declare you've bought two things and won’t buy anything else, unless you tell us.
If you explain with some detail, it’s possible we can help. If we can’t - if whatever had gone wrong is past any timeframe for remedy - we could at least give some advice about how to avoid the problem (whatever it may be) from happening again.
You canNOT post the seller username/s.
You can post the item number/s. Not the order number: you could post the order number but it’s of no use to fellow boardies. item number would have been on the listing and you should also see it in your purchase details.
Don’t post your name, your email address, phone number or address.
Do post when you purchased and the EDD (estimated delivery date) range.

·1 month agoWhy do you feel the need to tell other members this?
It is your business alone who you choose for your online shopping
As with any website, if you make poor choices, such as buying g from sellers who have terrible feedback over and over, you will get poor results
Even more so if you choose not to use the tools you are given to resolve issues
