Checked availability with seller for an item, confirmed within Australia, delivery 3-5 days. Purchased and after 6 days no contact, no tracking. Messaged seller and they agreed to cancel order and issue a refund. After 9 days still no contact or refund, left feedback to alert other buyers, had my feedback removed and moved the purchase to awaiting postage again. How long can they get away with this fraudulent act of holding onto money for an order they are unable to fulfil. eBay allows this to happen and ignores my request to investigate.
