Why is the messaging feature so awful?
Summary: La conversación no contiene ningún contenido específico de mensajes y solo muestra "None" para cada publicación. I can't upload pictures when asked for them, I can't see previously sent messages.
Please tell me I'm doing something wrong rather than the service being horribly designed.

·2 years agoWith a case, all messaging is within the case.
I had one recently and could see both sides of the conversation, so I'm not sure why you can't.

OP2 years agoThere's literally no sent option.
You have to go back to the 'CLASSIC' view to get the 'Sent' option and even then, it doesn't show all my sent messages.....

OP2 years agoAs you can see, I have sent messages but they're hidden in the Return Details tab. I don't understand why they wont show up in My Ebay: Messages

I don't see why you want to upload messages for a change of mind return - unnecessary IMO.

OP2 years agoIn order to accept the return outside the 30 day window, the seller has asked for photos of the condition of the package. I assume to rule out any funny business.

OP2 years agoWhen I clicked on that it's the 2nd image on my original post. It doesn't show any sent messages.
The whole thing is a UX nightmare that needs updating.
