I have been advised by DHL via shipment tracking that my parcel was delivered on MOnday 11th August, but I have not received it. Was home all day. Shipment No: 60120210745675.

Orange Connex fulfilment centre is in Birmingham. What is the item number ?

A quick google check indicates that the tracking number is from a UK address to another UK address. I checked and you are in Australia so I'd guess that the item is being sent to you through a global shipping company.

If this is correct, what the tracking is probably telling you is that the package has arrived at the depot for sending on to Australia. You will eventually receive another tracking number for the next leg of the trip.

Check the date estimated by eBay for you to receive the package.
