·6 months agoOP, just so that you’re aware, you're not contacting eBay by posting on these boards. They are public forums on which any eBay member can post, and the responders are, like you, fellow eBay members who give voluntary helpful advice and information. (The standard of help is usually well above the type of cut-and-paste help provided by eBay customer service.)
You should report that your item hasn’t arrived. This will open a refund request/case and you can select “Refund” as the option. (I wouldn’t recommend anything other than the refund option; that’s my view.)
This link discusses the full process.

Don’t leave opening the case for too long. eBay’s MBG only covers you for up to 30 days past the latest EDD (estimated delivery date) for an item that hasn’t arrived.
In addition, if the seller doesn’t adequately address your issue (eg, provide you with full refund, or the item arrives after you’ve opened the request) within 3 business days, you will have only 28 days to “ask eBay to step in”. An option will appear in the request/case/dispute to escalate. If you don’t escalate in the event of seller failing to resolve the issue, the entire dispute will time out and will close. Once a dispute is closed, it can’t be reopened.
Follow the steps as required and it’s straightforward.

·6 months agoThe seller's feedback is appalling.
You have 30 days to open a dispute after the last estimated delivery date, but in this case,
open an 'item not received' dispute through eBay's Money Back Guarantee immediately.
Instructions in this link:

You can ask eBay to step in after 3 days if necessary
