Postage changes
I recently fulfilled an order for a buyer and went to 'create shipping label' but the Australia Post costs were higher than what I could get at the post office, so I did that paying for the postage there. I didn't print offany label, but now eBay is charging me for postage, even though I have updated the tracking. Talking to the help 'assistant went around in circles and was useless. Can anyone offer any advice on how I can avoid paying for postage twice.

OP6 months agoThank you for the info, but I would have thought that I wouldn't be charged until I selected 'Purchase postage label' not just by looking at the postage options and prices after clicking 'create label'

·6 months agoIf you created it, you are charged for it
eBay have no idea if you print it or not
You would need to have cancelled the label within the time limit to have not been charged for it
