I need to send a label to a buyer to send an item back but EBAY does not make it easy. I have no idea on where or how to print of a label for the buyer to send the item back

If you simply refunded without providing a label, you have actually confirmed that you don't want the item returned. The request will now be closed without any defects, and the option to provide a return label will no longer be available.

Is the buyer here in Australia or overseas?

OP3 months agoOpened a case, I have refund the item but cannot find where to send him a label, or is this done automatically as I have never had to ever send a label
