Unable to upload tracking as I am an idiot lol
Summary: suebeedoo22 encountered an issue after sending an item via express letter post without using an eBay postage label, making it impossible to upload the tracking number. They are considering upgrading to a Pro Seller account to resolve the problem and are seeking advice on how to speak to a real agent. *casey* responded, explaining that without an eBay label, payments might be held for 31 days but no final fee is charged. They also mentioned that if an item is listed as a letter, no eBay label is required.
I have a problem. I sent an item via express letter post with a signature. I cannot upload the tracking number as I should have used an ebay postage label. I only realised this after I had posted it. They don't have one for a letter, only parcels. I guess I will have to maybe upgrade to pro seller and pay the fee on this item to be able to mark it as sent, unless anybody has any other ideas. I'm not sure even if that will work as it is an item i sold before i go to pro seller?? Is there anywhere you can actually speak to an agent on here rather than going round and round in circles with the AI bot. Thank you

·1 month ago · EditedYou can't upload tracking but if it's the first time you haven't used an eBay label when required, you'll generally have your payment held for 31 days.
No final value fee is charged
For sellers who consistently do it, eBay already announced that they may upgrade those accounts to a Pro Starter
If an item can be posted as a letter and it's listed that way, no eBay label is required
