All my items that use a Australia Post small satchel have had delivery changed to “varies”

eBay Have changed my listings delivery options that use a small satchel to “varies”

Is anyone else having this problem?

Sadly, buyers can't complete the purchase as normal because “varies” means they need to contact me and ask for postage which many won't want to.

Even in new listings the option of Australia Post small satchel is not available in the list of options.

I have contacted eBay and they created a ticket, I haven't heard from them since.

There are MANY threads on here about eBay ‘fiddling’ with postage…..easy way out is to use flat rate satchels….. just one of them:

Yes I've read them already, it's a complete mess. We cannot access any small satchels if the item weighs between 501 g and 5 kg it will allow us to select a small satchel if the item is 500 g or less. The listing postage option only offers us medium, large, extra-large satchels. It appears that all our items that are already listed and posted in AP small satchels and weigh between 501 g and 5 kg have been converted postage option shown as “varies” We have started the daunting process of switching them over from postage varies by location to flat rate pricing. What a mess, and I'm guessing this is costing eBay quite a few dollars in lost fees. Our eBay sales are only a fraction of what they were before they changed their postage systems. I'm surprised they haven't abandoned and changed back.

Follow-up I would change the word from “all” to “most” of our items, yet I can't figure out how to edit. The small satchel has changed to “varies” if there was no fixed same price for delivery. The only similar option available when you revise the listing is small satchel with signature. I do not want my customers to have to go and pick it up at the post office because of the signature requirement. And I also do not want change all small satchels to a median satchel to get the postage options show to potential buyers.
