Can’t contact ebay with a return problem I am having.

Question

I purchased some wipers that the seller claimed for my van. The seller also claimed that there were instructions.

I contacted the seller and no response.

I started a return but was asked to pay return postage.

I don’t see why I should pay for return postage if the seller misrepresented the product.

I cancelled the return so I could start again, but I can’t. And I cannot contact ebay.

What can I do?

What reason did you put for the return?

Buyers do not pay return postage for an item not as described (does not match the description)

As far as I am aware, if you cancel a return, you can't re-open it

Why can't you contact eBay?

As already mentioned, did you pay using PayPal?
