For future reference - it is generally considered a good idea to check a seller's feedback before buying. Don't buy from a seller with a feedback score of 69%. Don't even deal with someone at 96% unless you are prepared to take the risk of things going very wrong.
Stay safe by only buying from reputable sellers (minimum 99%) preferably registered in Australia .

If you did not get anything, you open an item not received dipsute
If you got something other than what you ordered, you open an item not as described dispute
You don't need to 'contact eBay'
You've been here long enough to know the basics
Neither of these are 'site issues'
The seller in question has 69.6% feedback..........why would anyone choose to support them ?
