i no longer receive sold notifications on my email

Question

when an item is sold or when i send an invoice i normally receive email notifications and it is not sending me notificationd anymore. i only receieve an email when there is an inbox message. it is important for me, it puts me behind on shippment.

Yes this has been going on for over a month now. Sold, Offers and invoices are no longer being sent by ebay ..Very frustrating! Don't know the solution
