Identifying purchases on eBay

Why, when I look at my PayPal records everything I buy on eBay comes up as eBay Commerce and doesn’t show me what I bought. Can I change this please.

hi i go into my purchases and nothing shows up it is a blank page what is happening how to view these as it was working fine up to today i go on my mobile i can view them but not he on my pc everything else works but that

Other members cannot tell you what is happening. If it has just started today, it is more than likely due to being Friday (ebay's fiddling day, which causes all kinds of problems every Friday)

I look at order confirmation emails in my normal mailbox to identify orders.

All purchase payments are now made direct to ebay (ebay commerce), ebay then claims their fees before paying the remainder to individual sellers.

As your payment is now direct to ebay, that is all you will see, via your payment methods, for any further info you will have to check via ebay.

Doesn’t help at all, I still don’t know what I bought when I look at purchase history

Given your buying frequency, it shouldn't be too hard to remember what you bought, and for how much.

No, it can't be done. All you can do is link up the order number and price with your eBay purchase history.
