Who is responsible for helping me around for payments??

Question

Why does the site keep stopping my payments and telling me I need to update my bank account.? It's been using my bank account just fine for the last 12 months but now it's trying to stop me around. Who is responsible for this and where do I find them? I want blood or my money.

None of the following is meant to be rude ... so please don't take it that way.

Here are some factual reasons as to why eBay may be looking into / verifying / reviewing your account and holding payments . Holding payments isn't unusual .

1) You've only sold 154 items and only have 45 feedback for selling

2) You have 2 negative feedback in the last 6 months - did either of the buyers file a dispute ?

3) Some of your items are listed on the US site, and all of your items are located in the USA which opens up all sorts of possible questions from eBay.

Have you tried re-entering your account details? eBay periodically require sellers to confirm their details. I use micro-payments. Quick, easy, no need to post vitriol on the boards.
