Why the numerous requests to update my details?
Hi guys 'n' gals,
I just last week updated my details with the assistance of one of your "helpers."
He said that all was good & no further action would be required on my part.
BUT.....I am still receiving the request/warning to update my information again......& again.
Why is it so?

·3 years agoeBay CS aren’t our helpers, they will simply read from the script in front of them that tells them what to say without actually looking into anything the individual call is about
This is a member to member forum, nobody here can see your account in that way
If they are legitimate messages from the real eBay (rather than a phishing scam
Is this for selling on eBay?
If so
When did you complete sign up for Managed Payments?
Did you use the password method or the micro deposits method?
Do all you bank details exactly (literally to the letter, hyphen and full stop) match your eBay details?
