It's very different, eh?

I've just changed to Windows 8 in the last few days, could this be why I am now having trouble uploading pictures directly from my computer here? I used to be able to on Windows 7.

I can still put pics onto Skype and email = just not here.

Any thoughts?

change back to W7 Lol

I had that problem too. It was easy fixed...... just can't remember how :^O

Go tot he top so charms appear

Select settings and the sidebar will widen

At the bottom of sidebar select change PC settings

Select users

change to local account instead of ms account

I don't like windows 8 at all ..

I have installed RetroUI Pro settings so it now looks and works like windows 7..

you can get a free trial and it is only about $5 + to buy .. made it so much easier !

I'm learning to like it.

I figure that this will probably be the new benchmark on which all future versions are based, so I might as well get used to it.

Not sure - I hate change at the best of times, but it seemed like a good idea at the time.
