Yeah, depends. If a pedophile was counted as a 16 year old male who had relations with a 15 year old girl who consented to those relations, then I'd certainly have different opinions to a 40 year old male who had relations with a 6 month old baby.

If yes, then maybe I could work with him if those above him knew everything about him.

Would I be prepared to sign my name to a confidentiality agreement re the known criminal behaviour of the boss? No way.
