I'm a little grrr I ordered something online which is going to take a month to arrive, I just had a look on their home page and find this.

All of our goods are stored in a local warehouse in Melbourne which means we can offer fast Australia-wide delivery.

That is why I prefer to buy on ebay as the sellers are under constant pressure to deliver within a certain time frame.

Hey Freddie I can't even find the print page at the top. 😄

I must ask Donna to show me because it would be easier than what I do do that for sure.

I just highlight what I want to copy then right click the mouse press copy and then right click where I want it to go and press paste.

Freddie slap me if I am wrong but if it is the items we talked about on another thread it did state that they wouldn't be able to dispatch them until the 28th of this month. Now I know one contradicts the other but it is written in bold. I did think at the time you were a patient woman.

Now if it's not what I was just blabbing about slap me and tell me to mind my own beeswax.:^O

I would normally do that as well Margo, but I thought I might get clever. I googled and found how to do it - easy peasy.

Hawke I have emailed them, adding a copy of that from their home page, sadly on the order page it has a note saying delivery would be a month. When I ordered it I didn't see that. So I don't think I have much hope, other then to wait the month, and never buy from them again.

Hi roserobin, I ordered 2 one for my DIL i'm disappointed it's going to take a month, especially when they claim on their website they have the items in their warehouse which is locally situated.

Yes I understand the disappointment especially because of their statement. Probably got caught out without enough stock for the season. Be interesting if they reply and what they do say.

They have a 1300 number under help desk.

As a manufacturer and retailer we source many of our products direct from the factory. That means that we oversee an entire process that can last months to prepare an product.

The items must be manufactured, tested, packaged and shipped to our warehouse in Australia.

So when an item is on "Presale" it means that it is still at some point in the production process and we estimate that it will be available in our warehouse on the date advertised on the website.

It is not possible to speed up the delivery time for a presale item as we would not have any stock available but generally we provide some bonuses or discounts for customers who are willing to wait until the item is ready.

I like mine but haven't used any of soup lentil/peas in it as yet, not game at this point.

It was to be here by 28th June nothing. I contacted the company and they told me there was a further delay, after waiting over a month I asked for a refund.

Not happy.

that's awfuly kind of you roserobin, bu i think you should keep it just in case you find something else you want from there.

Freddie they were very cheap in comparison to all the others. it sounds like they're having trouble keeping up with demand. It's a shame they didn't ell you earlier though

I might buy one in summer
