I want to make a chocolate glaze that sets firm for some biscuits.. Used a different brand of cooking chocolate previously but the current cooking chocolate (Plaistowe) is a bit thick, therefore doesn't coat many biscuits. Any suggestions on what to use to thin the melted cooking chocolate and make it go further that will still set firm.

melt a small amount of copha in with the chocolate it thins it and also ensures it sets perfectly

have been doing that for years never fails

Add some melted butter if you still want it ti set hard...................if you do not mind it a bit softer then use cream as Sparklz suggested.
