I have to say, I am a bit baffled as to how release of those documents is allowed, given he has been charged but not found guilty as yet....unless I missed it?

Once a person faces court those documents are public record.. anyone can access court documents.

I have just seen them on TV..... far out.. this place is unreal....

i'ts a bit difficult to see why those files were released as AZ said. possibly because a conviction in the court is unlikely .. but a conviction in the court of kangaroo is a certainty.

victorian police minister ryan is good at destroying careers isn't he ? he saw off two police commissioners with leaks from opposition . his office is as corrupt as the HSU was.

I would like to see everyone's credit card statements now, connected with the one mentioned........ and what they spent it on... or was that done...

Please bear in mind, it was not my hand that took it away and I don't have any particular liking for the man concerned, nor do I know very much about him.

As a side issue, I wonder how his partner/wife? feels about the movies he watches?

Yes, I think everyone should be treated the same and just because he is a politician his proceedings should not be hidden...

they have not shown the CC statement... just listed the transactions that the police deem to be fraudulent.
