Does this guy ever shut up?

Undecided voters cheered him, makes you wonder whether they were really undecided.

It's not what you do in a debate in my view.

Penny Wong has described Tony Abbott as aggressive. I maintain he is a bit of a thug.

Just finished doing Kevin Rudd and Tony Abbott’s makeup for the People’s Forum at the Broncos Leagues Club.
One of them was absolutely lovely, engaged in genuine conversation with me, acknowledge that I had a job to do and was very appreciative. The other did the exact opposite! Oh boy, I have ever had anyone treat me so badly whilst trying to do my job. Political opinions aside...from one human being to another...Mr Abbott, you win hands down.

Reader ausebell has a similar measure:

At the end of the night when Abbott invited the crowd to ‘ask more questions of him’ we saw Abbott swamped with people, while Rudd looked a lonely figure as a couple of young men wanted a selfie with him. No-one wanted to speak with him. He left after 5 minutes while Abbott stayed for another 1/2 hour, with a line of people wanting to meet and speak with him. I don’t think they noticed Rudd leave and I doubt they really cared.

Galaxy pollster David Briggs said the hand-picked audience was chosen from among the 15,000 interviews conducted as part of election surveying.

Polled after the debate, the 105-member audience gave Mr Abbott a narrow win, 37 votes to Mr Rudd's 35. But 33 people - nearly a third of those at the club - were undecided.

The above figures, allowing for the undecided to be distributed in the same ratio as the LIB : ALP choices, results in 51.4 : 48.6. which would be a fair reflection of the current national figures.

I will spare the red tongued Myopics the current betting odds!

Donna, the look on his face kind of conveyed imo that he believed he was doing what would please everyone when he said that.He looked like he expected an applause for his childish/rude behaviour.It was imo a sign that he felt that he didn't have control of the situation ...if that's how he responds to Prime Ministers of a Country he may be our

biggest International security risk as a PM.

...though we have seen the way he treats our PM's in the past haven't we ?

57% 48% is a majority of Australians who will vote Liberal. So the MAJORITY of Australians want Rudd to shut up & go away. You are in the minority of 48% so it doesn't apply to you but I think you already knew that didn't you.

It's a shame the news is about how rude Abbott was to Rudd and how rude Rudd was to the make up girl.
