Poor Mr Rudd tonight at the Rooty Hill debate.

The audience really went after him and he looked like a cornered white ant.

His hyperbole didn't wash with them and he came off sounding tired and repetitive and anxious to escape.

I must have been watching a different one again? I thought they both did better this time and it was interesting enough to keep me watching.

He may have gone in to a undecided audience as 'poor Kevin' but the exit audience came out favouring Kevin 48%, Abbott 38%.

No wonder Abbott isn't in favour of being involved in debates. Poor Tony.

I counted the number of times Kevin Rudd said "future" last night in the debate at Rooty Hill, it was 20 licking times, poor old Mr Sheen is looking a bit tardy whilst Tony Abbotts demeanor is getting stronger.

it is the future being discussed after all NS. they could talk about the eureka stockade, but it isn't that relevant to the questions asked.

He's skipping off the the G8, to get his one last fix of the jet setting life he so desires, then hopefully, oblivion for the Ruddster.

Did not suggest they do not discuss the future but he just keeps repeating the word over and over again and I thought it farsicle, I will leave the eureka stockade debate to be thrashed out between nero and yourself like the stupid flag contest you had between you.

I did not know this was an election for the best looking candidate, I thought it was about sensible policies and which party will get this country off its proverbial and into surplus so there is money to spend on necessities. If that is the general concensus then God help Australia. I guess most of us look in the mirror hoping we will see something better than what is our reflection.
