I want to go camping in the September school holidays but would like to try somewhere new.

I don't mind rough or in a park. I would love to be able to have a fire, but it's not essential.

Sorry, I won't accept anything less than 50,000 stars - preferrably far enough away from civilisation to be able to actually see them.

Plenty of redwood, can have dogs, fires

I've driven past the Grampians many a time, but not camped there yet.

When my heel is better I plan on going there. At the moment walking is difficult for me so I won't be able to explore very well.

too far this time, but I put them on my bucket list when we went past them a couple of years ago.

I'm hoping that my son & I will be able to spend a year travelling around the country when he finished high school. (If he still wants to travel with Mum that is!) I plan on stopping there on my way back to the red centre.
