I had a very small amount of respect for KRudd when he gave his speech up until the point he had his dig at Bill Gleeson, he just could not help himself and the true KRudd came out again, bitter, bossy, overbearing and totally false, what a shame he did not bow out with a bit more grace.

yeah me too. but..i wish stumblebum would shut it too. a skeleton with clay thrown at it repeating monotone slogans (for years now) is a bit much. he's as dull as dishwater and as plain as an arrowroot biscuit.

I was lucky as I was locked up in a school hall and could not watch the looser speech on tv.. heard I saved myself nearly half an hour of boredom.

By stumblebum you mean Mr Tony Abbott our new prime minister of Australia ?
I guess you liken him to a clay figure because he is a man who believes in a fit mind and body although he is not George Clooney ? I see nothing wrong with that and he may just even influence those who are overweight and do not exercise to get off their proverbial s and get healthy, this in itself would save the country billions a year in medical costs. So three cheers for our new PM, at late he looks the part not like Mr Sheen who looked tired and beaten all last week.
I would love to be a fly on the wall inJG kitchen, I wonder what the conversation would be all about, never know she may throw her hat in the ring for the leadership but I think not.
