Bigpond has 'up dated' they system and so many of us with Bigpond will not be getting emails for sometime. Because I rang them today and spent two hours on the phone I can expect for my emails to begin to start appearing NEXT FRIDAY X-(

Sigh. what a wonderful world of technology we live in, surely is a thing is not broken they know not to fix it?

I'm with bigpond...but don't use it....have all my emails rerouted to hotmail...try that, as I'm still getting mine

We had similar issues when they updated cables in the local area as well as the telephone exchange. No internet for over a week and they couldn't work out why, finally after over an hour they realised. Although several others were sent new moderns because apparently several people in the area had fried moderns lol It was the update of course!!!

Did you get a credit out of it Darki???

I hope you are going to get a refund.

Bigpond did this to me once and I got a refund for time I could not use it or get emails

I am with bigpond but have everything rerouted to a gmail account and no problems so far - not that 'no problems' are words I would usually use to describe bigpond.

Well thankfully it's back before next Friday...

No, not everyone had this particular problem I have been told, 'just some of us'... so if it wasn't going to be fixed until next Friday how many are 'some of us'?
