Depends on the couple really.

Lots of mature 15yo's. Lots of immature 21yo's. So maybe they are perfect for each other.

Depends if they are dating or "dating" I guess but a 21 yo should know better or either she is immature or he is mature...... either way it could be psychologically damaging for a 15 yo.

It's against the law for starters, age of consent. See here for state laws http://www.aifs.gov.au/cfca/pubs/factsheets/a142090/index.html

In some states being 2 years older is also an issue. Seriously a 21 yo and a 15 yo, one has to ask what is he/she sees in a child. It predatory behavior and anyone with an ounce of common sense and maturity will see it as that.

parents or care givers have a duty to protect their children .If they put them at risk of abuse or ignore abuse, fail to protect them from harm they are being neglectful .

Its different that way around,

males are different and for many a 15 or 16 yo boy its their wildest dream come true 😉

It may be Hawk, however thinking and looking at it from an adults perspective it isn't OK.
