Anyone have some sure fire immediate relief from painful inflamed bunions?
I've been to the podiatrist and have orthotics so we're working on a long term solution, but I need some help to get me thru today. I can barely stand or walk they are so painful this morning.

if they get worse from walking, sit on the computer all day and make the rest of the family serve you food and drink.

tell them they will have to do all the stuff you were gonna do today.

oh, AND get a loud bell so they can attend to your needs.

Thing is I'm here on my own this weekend and have heaps of things I need to get done.

Anyway, I googled so I'm now sitting here with my foot in a bucket of cold water with Epson salts. At least it's not burning so much now.

what would happen if you didn't do that stuff, waited until someone comes home (tomorrow?) and either do it then or let them do it?

You poor lady ... That can be so debilitating. Hoping for you that you can find some relief and be able to get around without pain xx

You are most likely going to need surgery to fix them once and for all.

No, not supposed to with other medications I take. I might risk it though if it doesn't come better soon.

Are fancy shoes worth it? No.

That looks interesting jimmy, I might ask my podiatrist about it next time I'm there.

I've never really been a heels wearer. For a brief period in my late teens/early twenties, but I'm usually in flats or thongs or bare feet. I actually can't remember a time in my life when I didn't have painful feet - not just bunions.
