the greek one is Attiki - seriously yummy - otherwise we get a locally produced one - $10 for a 1 kilo tub.

That aside, I rarely have honey, except when I make honey-glazed carrots for OH, he loves them.

I'm sure Leatherwood honey is excellent though.

Some of my Aus friends ask me to bring over Manuka Honey but you are not allowed to export it from here.

You can get aussie Manuka Honey, it is very expensive in both countries

Leatherwood honey has a distinctive flavour.I'm no fan of honey but I used to like that one.I haven't had any in decades.It used to come in a jar and in solid (creamed) form wrapped in paper
