There is one coming up for the 50th anniversary of my old high school.

Have you been to a school reunion?

How did it "go" for you?

I havent been to one, but I have friends that have been and they had a great time, seeing school mates that they hadnt seen for years ect. Plenty of catching up with the good times and bad times that they had.

Go and enjoy yourself.........see how all your school mates look now.

I can't think of anything worse! I didn't like many of the people I went to school with the first time round, and I can't imagine they've got any better over the years 🙂
The couple of good friends I had then I've kept in touch with anyway. The rest?.... pffft

My sister however, who had a million friends at school, would go every week if she could 🙂

Trouble is all the schoolmates will see how I look now!! Didn't have a lot of real mates at high school other than those I went to primary.

There are 5 of us in my family that attended that school, me being the first. When the others started, the teachers all said "you are not Deb's sister/brother are you?" It took a couple of years to prove that they were different to me in regard discipline!!

None of my other siblings are going.

Unlike Rhonda, I don't think my Ketut will turn up. If he did, then they'd see that my discipline hadn't changed!!

I refused point blank to go to any high school reunion. I was bullied so badly by those people I would go home in tears, there is no way I want to spend any time with them. If I see them on the street (enevitable in a small country town) I am polite to them.

I think it depends on how good/bad your memories of high school are. I've known a few people who have gone to reunions and had a fantastic time
