    <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Salt made no difference to mine, have had restless leg syndrome all my life and massive cramps.... no more!:-D I pay $29 for 200 tablets so not expensive at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;also, if it's walking that does it, it probably means you need more water, not just salt.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I don't get the cramps very often.&amp;nbsp; But I sometimes get the night cramps in the upper part of my leg.&amp;nbsp; How do I get rid of it as when it try and pull my foot back it doesn't do any good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Magnesium as everyone else has suggested is great for cramping.&amp;nbsp; The other thing you may want to consider is whether its sciatica, keep an eye on it and see if you have any triggers that might be causing it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;if its happening on the right side.. perhaps sleep on the left&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;and look at learning how to maintain oneself through exercise in the prevention of future cramp attacks, repetition stretching exercises..&amp;nbsp;rotation of the back away from the right would be a good start and would also add flexion of the back too...be best to read up on it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
