YOU’VE had a long day of travel and sightseeing and have to be up bright and early to catch your flight.

So you tuck yourself in for some much-needed shut-eye at your hostel, only to be awoken with a jolt to the infuriating sound of snoring nearby.

A sleepless night follows.

OK, it’s an annoying scenario. But one traveller has taken things a step too far by penning a furious note to the offending roommate.

The letter, which was posted on Imgur by user Jordancer, begins: “Dear Bed 72, I hate you. Please for the love of god get your sinuses checked before you ever sleep in a dorm again.”

We warn you, it gets a lot nastier as it continues ...

You're not worth your salt as a backpacker if you can't sleep through snoring in a backpacker's dorm, IMO

You get noises from adjoining rooms in the posh hotels...but at a backpackers there has to be some understanding of what to expect... Like the xx touch.

*blush* I can't sleep properly if my husband isn't snoring, or at least breathing loudly. He has to be well asleep before I even bother trying to get to sleep. I reckon if have had a great nights sleep in that hostel. LOL!

I don't reckon that letter was bad at all, what struck me was their terrible hand writing. LOL
