Some folks are living in cardboard boxes and don't know where their next meal is coming from, and then we have this.

Even if you had that kind of money, why would you want to live in London of all places ? Hardly the El Dorado of the modern world.

oh emb, those people living in boxes have chosen to be homeless and are just envious of the fabulous rich people, who by the way are really, really fabulous.

£140 million! I'd buy up a big chunk of Borneo with that and turn it into an orangutan sanctuary.And with the left overs,move to Bhutan:)

Well, Borneo is hailed as having the highest snake diversity in the world. But where are they all? Maybe I just had bad luck for most of it (cobras getting away, loads of road killed snakes etc…) but I will share with you what I have found in the way of living snakes…

That reminds me of a story I once read about a teacher in a very posh school who decided her class needed to be more in touch witht the realities of life, so she got them to write a story about a very poor family. When she came to mark their stories the first one she looked at read: Once upon a time there was a very poor family; the parents were poor, the children were poor, the butler was poor, the maids were poor ................
