opinions on a 4WD please

Hi all,

our elderly neighbour has gone into a nursing home and has put her 4WD up for sale, offering it to us first

Ford Escape 2004

30 000 km locally driven by her

fully serviced locally in town

I have not seen inside the car, but I believe it is like new

has new tyres

asking $7000

We do get winter snow and ice / poor conditions so we are thinking it may be useful and also for ski trips to the snow

any opinions on this 4 WD and model ??

it's pretty good. Eats a bit of petrol.

If u can get it for $5000. Buy it
