Is this good enough? St George Bank is closing its 'bragency' in Yass, and has suggested that customers wanting to visit a branch should go to Gungahlin instead. Its just a 50 minute drive away.

I suppose it depends how many customers they have in the town?

I generally do all my St George banking online now and rarely visit the branch ................maybe once every 2 months?

There is a Westpac Bank in Yass....see if you can do your banking through that branch. We can use Westpac ATMs without problems/charges even though all our accounts are with St George.

I must admit all we ever do is withdraw cash from the ATM...all our other banking is done on line.
