Not sure about that notification caper--spotted it earlier.

Had 90 on mine--old stuff about kudos.--clicked on it -had a quick look-

its now gone back to zero..................................Richo.

the new lay-out up top looks better

The Notifications tell you who has left Kudos or accepted a solution in the Answer Centre. When you read them it resets to 0.

But I have lost my little envelope to tell me there are messages for me....there is now a little box beside the word Messages.

Yes and there should be a box and "Notifications" to the left and then to the right of that should be "Messages" and a box.

Hey, I love me some kudos, don't get me wrong anybody. Another form of Free Speech.

We're losing it in the good old U S of A. Well, the likes of me are.

I mean the Messages and in the box of course are where the old envelope was and that is where you get the pm's.

Could you explain in a little more detail how this type of thread works?

Am I right in understanding that no matter what is said, you can never be accused of being "Off Topic" by the Mods or other posters?

Is this thread to be used for talking to other posters with a, tongue in cheek, style of posting?

Would that type of posting be considered an interpersonal dispute by eBay rules?

I see it must be OK for flirting, but if you don't have a suitor, can you still post here?

It is a intersting concept as long as posters don't get into touble for attempting to get around the rules.
