why aren't kudos i leave showing as from a expert?

you don't appear as a "all users" or expert. you didn't leave a kudo

I looked at some kudo'd posts in the music thread, your not an expert either J*. Nor am I.

What about this paragraph I found on the help page. What's this about then?

What is Kudos weight?

Your Kudos weight is the number of Kudos you give each time you click a Kudos! badge. If you're new to the community, you will probably give Kudos one at a time (your Kudos weight is 1). More experienced community members might have a higher Kudos weight, allowing them to give two, ten or more Kudos each time they click.

Sometimes a message gets so many Kudos that there is no more space to show the number. When this happens you'll see a Hot Kudos symbol or icon instead of the Kudos count on the Kudos badge.

Anybody ever see a Hot Kudos symbol? And how many does it take?
