Obviousley the guy overstepped the boundaries. He should have been arrested, she was only protecting her remote for heavens sake.

my OH does not watch much TV, but when he does it is usually some car repair or restoration, golf or cricket and he is the one channel surfing with the remote. Except for golf I don't care for the others, but OH will ask me if I am watching a particular show before changeing channels.

Sometimes he forgets and switches over because his show has already started. If I had stabbed him every time he did that, I would be sitting in jail for the rest of my life.

That's iin our house. Never would he touch the remote in the home of a friend or even our childrens homes.

There is a commercial I particularly hate. A young man sitting on a sofa, looking at something on a tablet, and a young woman comes in, grabs the tablet out of the mans hands and sits down to use it.

The way she grabs the tablet with out asking or an apology, makes me see red about the rudeness in her manner. If that was real, I'd slap her face.

Good manners go a long way.

She might have been protecting a lot more than her remote. Very poor journalism. They knew each other and he turned up at her house unannounced.

What if he was an abusive ex husband/boyfrield on an AVO and she was terrified of him walking in and trying to take control. There has to be a story behind this even if it was just that they were both drunk and arguing.
