Who killed Osama bin Laden?

WASHINGTON – A growing number of former Navy SEAL team members claiming to have fired the shot that killed al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden has sparked a controversy within the uniformed ranks over military codes governing the role of America’s “silent warriors.”

Two years ago, Matt Bissonette, the author of the book “No Easy Day,” said in his account that he fired the shot that killed Mr. Bin Laden. Over the past week, overlapping accounts of the fatal shot have emerged.

On Thursday, a member of the military’s famed SEAL Team Six became the second member of the elite group since the 2011 raid in Pakistan to claim he was the shooter who killed Osama Bin Laden.Robert O’Neill, 38, told the Washington Post Thursday that he was the SEAL to fire the round that ended Mr. Bin Laden’s life.

Later Thursday, the New York Times reported that a third, unnamed Navy SEAL was the one who killed the al Qaeda leader.

Muddying the waters? Trying to keep a secret on the verge of being revealed by creating confusion? Is bin Laden even really dead? Remember there were no distinguishing pictures of his body, and the hurried burial at sea.

They put NATO on Russia's doorstop knowing that Russia will jack up and then tell the people that Russia is bad and the people buy it.

They attack Libya and unseat the President and then tell people that no govt has the right to unseat governments like Russia is accused of doing and the people accept it.

They arm Taliban and Al qaeda and then tell the people we have to do something about terrorists and the people accept it.

Muddying the waters? Trying to keep a secret on the verge of being revealed by creating confusion?

Or simply jumping on the band wagon, the body was probably riddled with bullets and no-one can say for certain who fired the fatal shot; but I guess that's too simple and logical an explanation for conspricy theorists.

Read a few accounts of The Battle Of Britain and see how many pilots claimed a "kill" for each plane shot down.

He is supposed to have died years ago. From the effects of Marfans syndrome and kidney failure.

He was being treated in a US. military hospital for renal failure

According to some US talk shows.

Benazir Bhutto reported he had died, and then she was taken out not long after.

He was dead long before they claim they killed him. They had to say they had killed him or he would have been followed for many more years.

If he was really dead long before they say he was, then I doubt they would have risked a confrontation with Pakistan (who is supposed to be their ally) by virtually invading that country in order to fake a killing. They would have chosen somewhere a lot less controversial.
