Trinity doctrine is a LIE.

For those interested, I include a link to a United Church of God site which very clearly tells of the history of the adoption of the Trinity Belief. It states what I have believed all along - that the doctrine IS NOT BIBLICAL and that ..... well, you can read for yourself.

OK .

So now all you need to do is to rip out certain verses from your Bible.

Here is a list that you can start with.There ought to be many more.

1)John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
With this one you could probably just do what your JW friends do and add an "A" between WAS and GOD.Then of course you will need to change the 10 commandments to take out the part of having no others gods.

2)John 1 verses 2 and 3 should come out.

2The same was in the beginning with God. 3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made

3)John 1 v 14 should come out.

14And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

4)Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

5)Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

There are a few for a start.Once you remove these you should be OK.

Originally they were Herbet Armstrong's church I think.They broke away and Garner Ted had one.All connected to that first church of Armstrongs.

The problem with ALL the churches is they all think they are correct.

I have written to at least 100 possibly 200 of the so called teachers and people that follow them about the OBVIOUS errors in translation.Not one of them will reply or admit it if they do reply even though the errors are glaring.

The funny thing is that Paul warned of false doctrines creeping in and none of them think their doctrine is false.

The BIGGEST false doctrine is the one that says a man will arise called THE ANTICHRIST and his sidekick THE FALSE PROPHET.Neither are in the Bible but none of them care.They preach it anyway.

The MAN OF SIN is Jesus yet they refuse to even debate the obvius errors that lead tem to believe that THE MANOF SIN is the fictional person called THE ANTICHRIST.

Did you even bother to read their information - provided by historians who have studied AT LENGTH - all of the actions that took place during the time that the Roman Church help their meetings, all of which were presided over by NON-CHRISTIANS - eg The Sun-Worshipping Emperor Constantine. No? Well, there you go.

If you read it you will see that they deal with John 1, and all of those scriptures above.

But, let me just tell you about Revelation 1:8- OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO READ IT IN CONTEXT TO SEE WHO SAID WHAT TO WHOM.

1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, 2 who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw.

8. 8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,”[c] says the Lord,[d] “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

Verse 1. God gave Jesus a Revelation - was he talking to himself?

Verse 1. Jesus sent his angel to John.

Verse 2. The angel bore witness to John a) the word of God and b) the testimony of Jesus Christ to all things he saw.

Verse 8. The body of the message that God gave to Jesus, and which Jesus gave to his angel to tell John.

ie God said, I am the alpha and omega ... etc"\

ie if you cannot see that it is GOD SAYING THAT HE IS THE ALPHA AND OMEGA, NOT Jesus, and NOT the angel - well.

*3. who has Jesus made us kings and priests to? Yes, that's right - to his father, HIS GOD. NOT to himself as part of some TRIAD, but to HIS GOD.

If you read the information in that link, you will see that they say exactly that 'trinity is the doctrine of mainstream christianity', but they then go on to explain HOW and WHEN it became incorporated into the Roman Church, from previous Pagan doctrines.

I'm OK. I don't have to remove ANY scriptures - I just read them the way they are written and take them as a whole, not just nit-pick a few..

the Church that the Romans invented - Emperor Constantine - who decided what was to be included and what was to be excluded from the Christian teachings - the abortion of the TRUE Church - that included such teachings as Trinity, HellFire and the immortal soul into Christianity where it had not been in the original teachings of Jesus. The same one that incorporated Pagan holidays like Christmas and Easter into the teachings. You may know it as the Roman Catholic Church.

I have included a couple of versions of this scripture, but you can look at any version you like.
If this doesn't convince you that God and Jesus are separate individuals, and that the Trinity is a LIE then I give up.

1 Corinthians 15:22-28 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

22 Adam brought death to all of us, and Christ will bring life to all of us. 23 But we must each wait our turn. Christ was the first to be raised
to life, and his people will be raised to life when he returns. 24 Then after Christ has destroyed all powers and forces, the end will come, and he

It CLEARLY says that at the end Jesus will hand over the kingdom to God

It CLEARLY say that Jesus will destroy every ruler and every power.
It CLEARLY says Jesus must rule until all things are put under Jesus.
It CLEARLY says that "all things" that are put under Jesus DOES NOT INCLUDE GOD HIMSELF.
It CLEARLY says that once this is accomplished, Jesus will hand over to God and become subjected to him.

If Jesus is himself God then this whole scripture means nothing, and in Graham's terminolgy should be torn out of the Bible.

I think it is pointless us discussing this.

So let's try a different tack.

For a start do you agree or disagree that the Bible as it is translated is correct 100% without error?

Secondly do you agree that Good Friday is correct and that the crucifixion took place on a Friday?

Thirdly do you agree with your so called scholars (they all claimsame thing) that Jesus was born when Herod the Great was King?

Who is the Whore of Babylon?quotes scholars and these same scholars will tell you that the RC Church is the "whore of Babylon".To date almost everyone of those scholars has REFUSED to answer me when I show they cannot be correct.

The Bible says not to trust man but trust God yet they all seem to trust the translators and the so called scholars 100%.

To address what you stated,it depends on what you call salvation and whether of not whether people die or not ,,preventable or otherwise is important.

Further Clive,you quote people that alsobelieve in the nonsense called "The Antichrist" and "The False Prophet".Both of these doctrines is provable nonsense.Why should I believe anything they say when they believe in that nonsense which has no basis in Scripture?
