I need to get someone in to see if anything is needed for that to be done. I wouldn't mind going solar - I'll put that on the list after possum removal, guttering replacement and house exterior painting. Oh, and the bathroom, laundry and toliet need to have the floor covering replaced and could do with a lick of paint to spruce it up a bit. Always something that needs to be done, fixed or replaced.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I've been trying to make sense of what is supposed to be the study/sewing room. Gawd, such a collection of stuff! I even found a small box of things that belonged to my former ex and we broke up years ago! One of our girls can drop it off for me the next time they visit. I have also come across boxes of text books from when my kids were doing VCE - over 8 years ago. I'm not sure what to do with them. Due to their age, they wouldn't be relevant anymore but perhaps the Op Shop would be able to sell them. I don't think it would be worth my while trying to sell them on Ebay. I also came across boxes of cassete tapes and VHS tapes.
