Bail ! Be Very Sure that it is given Deservedly !

So many years have passed since I have posted but in light of recent events I feel that I need to. The Madman that took Hostages etc should have not been out with the rest of us to start with if the Bail Laws were observed in the way that ordinary people would believe that they would be.

Firstly, In relation to the Martin Place Seige Nutter, This man orcherstrated sending vile messages to our War Widows ! ( In my opinion this sort of thing should be treated as Treason with Life in Gaol as the penalty)

He has also been involved in Accessory to Murder and Multiple Sexual Abuse Allegations .

As I see it Magistrates thought better that he was out with US than inside where he obviously belonged. (Live with that to those that let him out with us )

I firmly believe that this person was a Radical and not representative of normal peaceloving Muslims that are living with us and I am pleased to see the efforts that the Muslim Community has made to disassociate from this Lunatic and his beliefs and to be involved in the Vigils at Martin Place since the Seige.

It would be so easy for us to lash out at other Innocents because of a Madman but in the end that is not the right thing to do.

Like Everyone I am concerned about the radicallisation of some young Muslims but Hope / Want that the majority sway the minority to intergrate and not listen to overseas propoganda.

We lost Two Heros, Thank God we lost no more !

Combine this high profile case with the one from Victoria a couple of years ago where the guy (killed the ABC journo)

was also out on bail for a serious crime - but not only that, he had been released from jail on parole, committed another

crime and then was given bail prior to the court case when he should have had his parole revoked.

Why they can't have SOME black and white rules - attempted murder, accessory to murder, rapes and a few other serious

offences automatically have a no bail condition if charged. That way good legal maneuvering and judges softness can't

get them out.

My bail was over 10,000 dollars i think. Last time I was arrested. Made the bond over 1,000 dollars, and I never got that back after the case was dismissed without trial. They rob people in no shortage of ways, take homes away, raids are only a free for all to cops to take what they want and destroy the rest, they steal income (taxes) ransome their prisoners, "Bond" and on top of all that try to steal through fines and court costs. They beat, rape, molest, abuse, then charge you for it. They even have a racket for vehicles, Steal "impound" and ransome them back, or sell them at police auction.

Is there any doubt who the real criminals are?

Bail is probably a hard one because of innocent until proven guilty, however after the letters his baggies should have been packed for him and a one way ticket supplied.

The granting of bail has very little to do with judges or magistrates.

It has everything to do with the law, which they are adhering to.

Your anger should be directed to the lawmakers instead.

As far as Iam concerned, he lost his right to his human rights and was terminated, as should be.

Actually, allowing parole is about none of the above; it is about helping to keep prison population under control. If they have a chance to get out early then they are less likely to create problems. The problem with Adrian Ernest Bayley case (Jill Meagher murder) was that he was in a pub fight, and when he came in front of the judge he had no previous for that offence; the judge was not given info about him being on parole for rapes. It was a break down in the system communication but nothing to do with any huggies fluffies.

And please, do not bring this left/right divide into every post. I know number of 'died in the wool' LNP voters who have compassion for people, and believe in human rights.

I agree too Davo, there's gotta be something seriously wrong with our justice system that a man who's committed so many serious offences can be walking around our streets, no matter what religion or race he is
