LOL, I just did a Bing search on "image swede". Let me just say that some of the pictures were not vegetable :^O

Personally, I'd be giving them away to people I don't like very much ... I find them pretty tasteless and a bit sweet.

However, these BBC recipes look surprisingly good.

Good winter crop for sheep.

I don't like them (parents grew them on the farm) so got no sensible ideas.
