Political Threads Should Have A Board Of Their Own.

Dear Mods..I've asked it before and will ask it again.

Political discussion on the Community Spirit board engenders hate speech, enmity, constant argument and divides the community.

There should be a dedicated Politics Board for those that like to indulge in such pastimes.

I've always felt that I don't mind having a couple of political threads on here but I really wouldn't like to see the whole board taken over by political threads. As long as everyone's behaving, not being abusive or using multi ID's, I dont have any problems with them

If it's just one or two threads, it's pretty easy to avoid reading them ( or posting in them) if you don't want to, can easily just scroll by them

I don't understand the problem................. if one does not want to see certain threads on page 1, start some that will interest them and others.

What's hilarious is the multi IDs who kudos themselves, talk to themselves, and think they are fooling other posters. It happens a lot in the political threads.

LOL you are one that frequents these discussion threads on a very, very regular basis.

That's right and I would probably frequent them just as often if they were on a seperate Politics board. Then again, maybe not.

I never said I hated them. I said they should have a dedicated board of their own as some of the comments contravene the spirit of community.

In any case if a thread can be raised complaining about religeous (sic) threads, so can one about politics. I'm sure the mods will not take the slightest bit of notice either way.
