Now, that HAS made Abbott a stronger PM BUT Abbott will change his ways a bit and the LNP will get on with it

and go from strength to strength and kick Labor's nack side at the next election.

He retains the leadership but 39 MPs (out of 101 who were present) have cast what is essentially a vote of no confidence in him.

This means the leadership issue is far from resolved.

MT and the two who put upm the Motion might go but the others will be OK.

Not sure how much Malcolm was behind this, we will find out.

Anyway, BAD judgement call.

Abbott has repeatedly said he would be more consultative only to pull out another "captains pick". Maybe this will be a wake up call but it's hard for anyone to change their true personality

Hey, she set the criteria over how Abbott needed to win, and he did so convincingly.

Do you think it's at all telling that abbott is not holding a press conference about this mornings outcome? Could it be because he can't be trusted to speak off the cuff?
