Let me explain.A large number of cars drive around in circles for a couple of hours

at 200mph with drafting stragody, pit stragody, cautions, penilitys, this is not a boring race. this race was too awesome so they had to slow the cars down with restrictor plates. otherwise it would be a flying race rather than a driving race as the cars left the ground.
