What are they Called

I need a frame with a set of numbers on it that can be flipped over to show the next number, so customer can see who is next.

I am trying to search for one of them but can't think what they are called.

Can someone please help ??

The only name I have heard is "Queue control" or Queue numbers display".

But that is not specific to what you are looking for.

Perhaps you want a desktop one?

Thanks I am trying to write some notes for the next meeting and couldn't think of what to call what I wanted. I am thinking that one of the men could be able to make one but I need to know what to call it.

Perhaps, Retail queue numbers.

Or "who's next numbers"

twyngwyn has it right, it's usually called retail queue management, perhaps using "like at a deli" at your local supermarket would help them understand what you mean

Oh, I'd go with that thing that some customers don't think they need to follow because their time is way more important than anyone elses. But we can go with yours!
