Something some other people have done, in the real world, has **bleep** me off. Nothing life changing or even really all that important.
But it is enough to keep me awake so I thought I'd just share.

Lurker go and watch something mind numbing on telly or read a book to take your mind off it- so you can at least get some sleep!

Sleep on it. I've found that some of the things (real life) that are worrying me the most I've made my mind up about in my sleep. A restless night and the latest one will cost me $1000 but I'll be glad when it's over and done with.

Restless dreams tell you a lot.

When I am irritated I go for a walk or as Debra has suggested, watch something on TV to stop my mind racing.

Hope you feel happier tomorrow. Sometimes a day or two distance helps.

If it's any consolation to you Lurker, I'm annoyed too. That zombie-faced George Osborne has stuck another 10p on a packet of twenty **bleep**s, in the budget. I knew he would, but that doesn't help the pain.

I did get to sleep eventually but I'm awake again and now I'm tired and still annoyed. I don't think it's going to be a good day 😞
