Are there and macro or VB wizards here?

I am making a form in VBA and really need help.

The form might be filled in a number of times day and used to fill in a spreadsheet. Not all the fields will need to be filled in each time so I need the data to go in to specific cells rather than just the next empty one, otherwise the sequence of data might get scrambled.

Noticed the VB wizards in the OP.

Im one -can fill a fridge with VB..and work it over in a few days.

Worse in the summer.
