Have a look in your local paper.....dressmakers or alterations people may do it for you. I have no idea of cost as I have never had to have it done.

If it is just fabric and not garments I would not pay more than 50 cents a metre.

why do you need it overlocked? If you are going to sew it together a simple zig zag will do

Not that it matters.

I do overlocking.
